Simply Balkan Market began with a deep-rooted commitment to delivering Balkan culture and flavors with Central Ohio. Our family founded the market in December 2023. Our story is based on the passion for our heritage and sharing our traditions with all.

Immigrating from Macedonia to the United States in 1984, our dad began his career as a butcher in New Jersey. He honed his skills through old-school techniques, passed down through generations. His dedication to preserving these time-honored methods led him on a path through various jobs, always with a dream to revive and share his expertise. At Simply Balkan Market, this dream has become a reality, embodied in our signature, handcrafted smoked meats, sausages, and ground meat products; all which are made in-house.
